Kitchen Operations Manager / Supervisor (West – Boon Lay / East – Kaki Bukit)


  • Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to
  • Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules
  • Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage

Additional Tasks for Manager

  • Manage all food, production and manpower costs
  • Assist in developing new menu ideas
  • Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are met


  • GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in F&B service management, culinary art or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Required to work on weekends and public holidays
