You have to be Neo Group Member or have placed an order with us before. - What are the qualifying criteria for the friends?
As long as they are new to Neo Group and will place an order for regular buffet with us. - When will I know if I am entitled to my free mini buffet?
When the all 3 (three) friends have made full payment of their buffet order. Our sales persons will give you a call to inform you! - When can I redeem my free mini buffet?
The free mini buffet is redeemable within 6 months from the date the 1st friend confirmed his/her order. - Can I refund the buffet for cash?
The free mini buffet is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or in kind. - If I have a voucher, membership benefits or other privileges, can I use it together with my free mini buffet?
The buffet cannot be used jointly with other entitlements & privileges. - If I want to throw a big celebration, can I use this free mini buffet and upgrade to a regular buffet?
Certainly you can! You just need to top-up the price difference.
- Scheme's Requirement
- This scheme is only applicable for Personal NEO Privilege Card members & Customers.
- The friend must be a NEW Customer to Neo Group, and he/she needs to place order for our REGULAR buffet.
- Friend must order regular buffet for their personal celebration.
- When you refer 3 friends, you will receive a free mini buffet worth $150.
- The free mini buffet is redeemable within 6 months from the date the 1st friend confirmed his/her order.
- The referral will only receive the buffet when the all 3 (three) friends made full payment.
- The free mini buffet cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for cash in kind.
- The free mini buffet cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, membership benefits, promotions, offer vouchers or similar schemes.
- Any extension of validity after the 6 months' period will not be entertained.
- Neo Group reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
