NEO Group of Caterers
Special member price for all regular priced menus of Neo Garden Catering, Orange Clove Catering and Deli Hub Catering. This discount is not valid for wedding packages, ala carte orders, meal and bento boxes, promotional menus, Economic High Tea Menu, miscellaneous charges, as well as on festive seasons, public holidays and eve, and first 3 days of Chinese New Year.
Promotions such as Baby Full Month, 1st, 21st and 80th Birthday, Early Bird Discounts, Buffet Package after 1pm, are only applicable to members only. These promotions are strictly based on the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment only.
Promotion for Buffet Package after 1pm is not applicable if public holiday falls on a Friday.
These promotions are applicable for Public Holiday unless specified, and subjected to terms and conditions respectively.
These items are not subject to the discount: Delivery Fee, Rental of stools, Rental of tables and skirting, and Promotional items.
One-time off 15% off for one buffet order for their birthday month. Card members must request for this discount upon booking with us. "Birthday month" refers to the month of birth of the Card member. Card members must be able to provide documents to proof the date of birth, such as IC, birth certificate, etc., and not less than 2 working days prior to event date.

Card members are entitled to 10% off Neo@406 Restaurant with a minimum spending of S$20.
Card members are entitled to 15% off their purchase with a minimum S$50 spending at Neo@406 Restaurant during the birthday month. "Birthday month" refers to the month of birth of the Card member. Card members are entitled to 30% off Computer Service Fee.

Computer Service refers to Format, Installation, and Remove Virus & Data Backup. Computer Service excludes parts replacement & laptop mainboard repair.

Definition and Interpretation
The Neo Privilege Card ("Card") is a loyalty card issue by Neo Group Limited (collectively referred to as "Neo Group") that can be used to obtain discounts and special member price. The usages are subject to the terms and conditions herein. The Neo Privilege Card can be identified by the appearance of the name and/or mark on the front face.
"Card member" means the person whose name is imprinted on a Card.
Failure by any Card member to comply with these terms and conditions shall entitle Neo Group to refuse such Cardmember any Reward(s) which he/she may have been accorded under the Programme and/or to cancel such Cardmember's account.
All Card application must be completed in full and must contain amongst other things, your name, your NRIC and/or your Passport number and your address. All Cards issued shall be valid for a period of two (2) year from the date of issue.
Any individual person aged eighteen (18) or above can apply to be a Cardmember of the Programme. However, Neo Group reserves the right to reject any application without giving any reason whatsoever.
Prevailing details on applicable discounts and the benefits or privileges available to Cardmembers shall be published from time to time.
Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and words importing one gender shall include the other gender. References to an Act shall include any modification, extension or re-enactment thereof then in force and all instruments, orders and regulations then in force and made under or deriving validity from the relevant Act or provision.
Cards
The Cards shall be the property of Neo Group at all times and may be used by Card members only in accordance with prevailing terms and conditions. Neo Group reserves the right to require a Card to be returned on demand without giving any reason whatsoever. All Cards are strictly non-transferable.
Telephone notification of any loss or theft of a Card may be effected by calling 6593 0402 on Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Neo Group shall not be responsible for any transactions effected prior to the receipt by Neo Group of notice of such loss or theft and Neo Group shall have the right to debit the Cardmember's account for any and all redemptions that were effected prior to notification to Neo Group of such loss or theft.
The Cardmember shall take due and proper care of the Card. Neo Group shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, damaged or defaced Cards associated with such lost, stolen, damaged or defaced cards may be forfeited forthwith. Neo Group may issue a replacement Card but is not obliged to do so and if Neo Group issue a replacement Card, an administrative fee of S$10 for the replacement Card shall be imposed.
The Card must be presented at participating Neo Group entities and at any other outlets at which it is accepted before making payment, failing which no discount or redemptions will be allowed.
Before leaving a participating Neo Group entities (or any other outlets at which the Card is accepted), it shall be the Cardmember's sole responsibility to ensure that he has been returned the rights Card.
Upon successful activation of account, it would take 21 working days for us to process your card.
Voucher
Lost/Defaced/damaged vouchers are not valid and Neo Group reserves the right not to entertain any claims for defaced/damaged and lost vouchers.
Welcome gift is only entitled to new applicants and renew members
Redemption of the vouchers cannot be used jointly with other entitlements and privileges.

Card Members' Information
Card members shall ensure that Neo Group is kept informed and updated of any change of address.
A notice shall be deemed to have been given by Neo Group to a Cardmember if it is sent to the latest address of the Cardmember that is on record with Neo Group:
On the day of delivery, if sent by hand; or
On the next day after posting, if sent by post.
Neo Group may at any time:
Send to any Cardmember any form of promotion catalogues, pamphlets and notices; or
NEO Group Pte Ltd will not disclose any member information to any third parties.
Cancellation, Termination and Suspension
Neo Group may at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever and without prior notice cancel, suspend and/or terminate the Programme. The Cardmember shall not be entitled to any compensation for any such cancellation, suspension and/or termination.
Neo Group may at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever and without prior notice cancel, suspend and/or terminate any Card and any Cardmember's account in relation thereto. The Cardmember shall not be entitled to any compensation for any suchcancellation, suspension and/or termination.
A Cardmember may terminate the use of his/her Card at any time by returning the Card, cut in half, to Neo Group.
Membership fee is non-refundable, unless applied with buffet order.
Exclusion
No warranty or indemnity of any kind is given by Neo Group in respect of the rewards and all conditions, warranties, stipulations or other statements whatsoever, whether express or implied, from a course of dealing or usage of trade, by statute, at common law or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties as to merchantability and fitness for purpose, are hereby excluded, provided that nothing herein shall exclude, restrict or modify any warranty which may at any time be implied by statute where to do so would be illegal or would render these terms and conditions void.
Neo Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liabilities or injury suffered by Cardmembers, their family or third parties as a result of their participation in the Programme or use of the Rewards.
Neo Group shall not be liable in any way whatsoever if any person fails and/or refuses to recognize or honor any Card for any reason whatsoever.
Neo Group shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Cardmember by reason of:
Any loss or theft of or damage to any Reward sent to the Cardmember by post;
Any event or occurrence beyond the control of Neo Group; or
Any loss or damage suffered by the Cardmember arising out of or in connection with the use of the Card whether or not such loss or damage is caused by misconduct or negligence on the part of Neo Group or its employees.
In no event shall Neo Group be liable in contract (including without limitation breach of contract or breach of warranty), tort (including without limitation negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise for any indirect incidental, special or consequential losses, damages or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Cardmember's membership in the Programme.
Assignment
No rights of any Cardmember, including but not limited to membership in the Programme, may be assigned or otherwise disposed of.
Neo Group may at any time assign all or any part of its rights and/or obligations relating to any Card and/or the Programme without the prior consent of any Cardmember.
Variation and Waiver
Neo Group may without notice to the Cardmember amend, vary, add to, modify or replace an aspect of the Programme, including the terms and conditions herein and/or the published details relating to the enjoyment of benefits and/or privileges, without being liable to the Cardmember in any manner whatsoever. Notice sent via electronic mail to the Cardmember's electronic mail address, by the posting on Neo Group's website or any Neo Group entities or by the posting of advertisements in major newspapers in Singapore shall be deemed to be sufficient written notice for the purpose of this clause.
General
Where a Card bears a name and/or mark indicating that the Card may be used to obtain benefits and/or privileges under any other programme, the prevailing terms and conditions governing that programme issued by the person indicated by that name and/or mark shall apply and Neo Group shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the proper operation of that programme.
Neo Group may, at any time in its sole discretion an without assigning any reason, discriminate between different Cardmembers in that benefits or privileges may be offered or granted to certain categories of Cardmembers but not to others.
In the event that any provision or condition herein shall be or at any time shall become invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not in any way affect or impair any other provisions or conditions herein and these terms and conditions shall be construed as it such invalid or illegal or unenforceable provision or condition had never been contained herein.
Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between the parties or constitute or be deemed to qualify any Cardmember as an agent of Neo Group or any of its affiliates, for any purpose whatsoever. No Cardmember shall have the authority or power to bind Neo Group or any of its affiliates, or to contract in the name of , or create a liability against, Neo Group or any of its affiliates.
Where a Cardmember is incapable or rendered incapable, by reason of death, mental disorder or permanent disability, of managing and administering his property, affairs and estate of such Cardmember shall be automatically invalidated and shall not inure to the benefit of the representatives and/or the estate of the Cardmember.
The Cardmember is to take note that in the event of any changes to its particulars or delivery address, Neo Group shall have the right to direct all future correspondences to the new address provided. The Cardmember shall immediately contact Neo Group in the event that he fails to receive his statement, or vouchers from Neo Group. In the event of any fraud or theft as a result of the above, Neo Group shall not be responsible or liable for any transactions effected prior to the receipt by Neo Group of such notice and Neo Group shall have the right to debit the Cardmember's account for any and all redemption that was affected prior to such notification.
Without prejudice to any of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and to any other rights and remedies which Neo Group may possess, the Cardmember shall at all times be liable for and shall indemnify Neo Group against all costs and expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which Neo Group may sustain, incur, suffer or pay in protecting or enforcing any rights under these terms and conditions.
A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and all Cardmembers hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
