HR Executive (Payroll) (West - Boon Lay)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant HR Manager in the full spectrum of payroll administration
  • Ensure payroll matters comply to internal requirements and external regulations
  • Ensure monthly and ad-hoc payments / deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
  • Prompt submission of statutory payments and annual tax filing
  • Assist in payroll related audit

Requirements

  • Diploma
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in Prosoft system will be an advantage
  • Meticulous and well-organized with ability to work independently
