Catering Executive (West – Boon Lay / East – Kaki Bukit)

Responsibilities

  • Support the logistics and provide catering services for all types of outdoor events.
  • Responsible for the catering equipment and inventory.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all tingkats (meals in tiffin carriers)/buffets and/or equipment requirements as per the delivery schedule.
  • Supervise and ensure the smooth operations of logistics department.
  • Research and develop thematic concept for various functions/events.
  • Supervise the catering set-up and dining equipment for events at the catering site.
  • Liaise with clients on set-up requirements.
  • Collect payments from customers on orders that are cash-on-delivery.

Requirements

  • Possess Singapore class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in simple English and Chinese.
  • Independent and self-motivated individual with positive attitude.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and a good team player.
  • Able to work independently and yet adhere to the strict timelines.
  • Must be punctual, dependable and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of heavy events equipment.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in the set-up of outdoor buffet events will be advantageous.
  • Familiar with Singapore roads will be advantageous.
